After a few days of study and discussion, my partner and I decided this subject, it is 『ASAM LAKSA』. Tomorrow morning we will go Georgetown to personally investigated.
We chose this topic because it is one of the traditional food of Penang.
In 2011, it is also got seventh place in the ''Top 50 largest food in the world'' by the US Cable News Network (CNN) 's tourism website CNNGO.
"Asam" in Malay means sour, the sour is come from a type of sour fruit called buah asam.
A classic Malaysian hawker (street vendor) dish, asam laksa is sold curbside and in parking lots in Penang by purveyors who carry their supplies and equipment in a cart attached to the back of a motorcycle. It's also found in coffee shops, food courts and hawker centers.
Now I have to be looking forward to tomorrow.

According to my survey，I know that in 7 July 2008, George Town get the reputation of 『UNESCO World Heritage Site』. In 2009 , "New York Times " reported that Penang won second place in the "Global 44 best tourist locations ".
Actually, I have several topics of interest , such as buildings and food in George Twon.
So, I will discuss with my partner for exchange our opinions and decisions what topics we will do.
